All shears are completely reconditioned. Every shear is then tested with several different test media including real human hair.
High-end Japanese style (Honed) shears have a convex edge. These shears are very involved to sharpen. The higher end shears are usually made of a higher quality stainless steel. I sharpen all convex edge shears on a factory quality flat hone and they are disassembled and each blade sharpened independently by hand and reassembled. Any parts that are damaged or worn will be replaced if available. This includes bumpers, finger tangs (as applicable), and pivot parts.
· Service & Repair of Clippers and Trimmers
Did you know that on clippers simple things such as a worn or loose drive system can drastically affect the performance of your clippers?
We repair all types of clipper and trimmers including Oster, Andis, and Wahl. We stock most Oster 76 and Andis BG parts in house for speedy service & repairs. All replacement parts are genuine manufacturer original parts. The clipper/trimmer will be disassembled, checked for worn parts, parts replaced, and checked for correct operation. Service can usually be done in 2 business days or less.
